Many of these programs are pathways to certifications, professional certificates and can help elevate your career.

Goodskills Career Builder

Goodskills Career Builder is a free four-week training designed to help motivated individuals develop the skills and knowledge needed to secure and thrive in meaningful careers – not just jobs. The program connects participants directly with hiring employers in advanced manufacturing or technology. Throughout the program, participants are learning soft skills for the workplace, working on resumes and interviewing, and gaining valuable skills such as cybersafe training, forklift training and OSHA 10 certification (manufacturing track), CompTIA ITF+ prep course and exam voucher (tech track). The program also gives graduates three years of career coaching post-graduation to help when needed
