10:30-12:00 pm: Session 1 – Boosting Nonprofit Operational Capacity with Tech
Session description: Discover how free Microsoft resources can enhance your nonprofit’s operational and back-office capabilities.
Who should attend? Team members from nonprofit organizations, particularly those team members who manage and/or support tech and/or operations.
Guest Presenter: Darrell Booker, based in Atlanta, is a leader at Microsoft’s Philanthropy division, renowned for spearheading one of the company’s pivotal initiatives: the Nonprofit Tech Acceleration for Black and African American Communities.

1:30-3:00 pm: Session 2 – Empowering the WNY Workforce with Digital Skills
Session description: Learn more about Microsoft’s community-centered digital skilling resources and how they can complement existing tech and tech-aligned training programs.
Who should attend? While open to all nonprofit organizations, this session is focused on nonprofit organizations that provide or support tech training.
Guest Presenter: JJ Childress, based in El Paso, TX, leads Microsoft’s TechSpark Initiative in Texas and co-leads TechSpark’s national expansion, focusing on economic development and technology-enabled community transformation.
